ABD PAIN AND SOLID CYST

HI- Thanks in advance but I wanted to know what the significance of a "SOLID NONHYPERECHOIC MASS" is in my right ovary. It has been watched for two years and ranges in size from 1.2-2 cm per ultrasound.It was a complex cyst but is now solid. What could this be in your opinion. I am a 35 year old woman in otherwise good health, no children . Thanks>
