I am still having: pain underarms, neck, top of the thigh

Hi all,
I had a protacted vig with a sex worker but it ended up with someting that really scary me.
there was some blood on the condom. and the bottom of my T-shirt.
it was my 1st (and last) time to have sex so I didn't remove the condom immediatly :(
I think I did notice the blood after a minute!
after that I removed the condom and clean the area.
and since that day i went into strange conditions that I've Not been throgh before :(
Sadness, tiredness, can't enjoy anything, can't get that mistake out of my head.
in the 1st week my skin start to be sensitive, headach, white tongue, muscles pain. (and those remine until now)!!!
in the 4th week I start feeling some pain underarms.. it was waving.. after a week I started to have the same in both sides of my chest..
and it is remining until now :(
I continue to have the same unwellness feeling.
and in the 3rd Month I got a faver and it went away after 2 days!
and after 2 weeks of the 4th month I start having diarrhea and feel pain in my neck some times (until now!).
at the 5th month I had some painful sensation in my tongue
and just a week ago it bleed through a red pip (I was eating but I don't know if I did beat my tongue).
this is my full story!!!

and here is my testing history:
at day 9 - PCR test = Negative
at day 32 - PCR test = Negative
at the 3rd month - Elisa HIV 1/2 = Negative
at the 4the monthe - Elisa hiv 1/2 = Negative (0.08)
at the 5the monthe - Elisa hiv 1/2 = Negative (0.21)

*Elisa were for Antibodies only

my questions:

1) what is my risk level?
2) do you think my symptoms are caused by HIV?
3) were all these tests enough to put my mind at ease?
4) can this be caused by anxity?
5) the last two test shows increasing ratios (I done them in the same lab) whould this give any bad sign ? :(

This has nothing to do with HIV. If you won't believe your negative result, then it's time for you to seek out help with a mental health professional.

Your testing up to 5 months, including 2 PCRs are unwarranted, excessive and wasteful. Elisa ratio/index values don't matter. Your symptoms cannot be farther from typical ARS symptoms. Seek professional help if you can't let go of your anxiety.

I have shaved my underarms 5 months ago and they have been red since then what should i do to elimenate the redness.

They are too late in the 3rd month for ARS. You do not have HIV, your last 3 ELISAs along with your PCR (which isn't recommended in routine diagnosis other than to sort out conflicting results) are absolutely conclusive proof you do not have HIV.
