Pain relief for ruptured cyst

by bal78, May 23, 2007 12:00AM
I have a complex cystic structure on both ovaries and is rupturing.  The pain is getting to quite unbearable.  I've tried, heat, ice and OTC pain relievers and my gyn even gave me an RX for tylenol 3 with codine.  Nothing even takes the edge off the pain.  I had an ultrasound done early April and that's how I found out about the structure but my gyn so the results don't warrent the pain I'm having and referred me to a GI even though I have no stomach/bowel problems.....any suggestions?
