DEPRESSION AND FASTING

I am hypo glycemic as well as having chronic depression. My question is, can fasting for one day make me feel more depressed?

i dont think fasting is a good idea unless you are getting ready for some medical tests.It will make you more depressed.I had the worst time a few years ago when I decided to fast "for the Lord".I had the worst manic depression of my life .
So if you are fasting for medical test you should be alright.

Oh no, I can't fast. It feels just like a panic attack to me. Not good in my opinion unless for med test.

Thanks for filling me in. I did try fasting for a day (for relegious reasons) and I was distraught and cranky and lethargic. I wasn't sure if I was overreacting with my symptons.
