subdural effusion

My son is a lovely 7- month-old baby.Because of HIE after two days he was born,he is suffering a subdural effusion now.The circle length of his head is 47cm now.And the CT scan graph showed a hypogenesis of callus.He can laugh,,sit,jump now.But we worry about his future.How can we do now?The baby really need some help.
