Progesterone suppositories

I am newly pregnant and my doc prescribed 200 mg of prometrium suppositories twice a day because my progesterone level was only a 10 at 10 dpo with a positive beta. When it was redrawn at 14 dpo it was a 29. Has anyone's doc told them how many hours each suppositiory should last after inserted and how long to lay down after? I am worried because the blood was drawn only 2 hours after my morning dose and I don't take the second dose until almost 14 hours later (when I go to bed) so I am scared my level may dip in the afternoon. Any comments would be appreciated.
