Mammogram compression causing cells to Metastasize

Has anyone heard of a mammogram compression causing existing cancer cells to metastasize from the breast tissue.

yes I have read about this in an alternative natural health newsletter. Tomography if I spelled it correctly was recommended as a better choice.
