I havnt had a diagnosis as yet.Ive had severe pains ( worst pains ever had) in my lower right, nasea , chills  no bleeding or discharge.
I have pain now though moderate , been in and out of hosptal.I had a scan yesterday which revealed a " irregular shape" on my ovary. Results are going to Doc ASAP .
Im summising its a cyst? i do seem to be emptying bladder more frequently this has gone on for sometime its the pain .

It's hard to tell...did they do a CA-125 blood test, ultrasound, ct-scan?  This is the basic three that is used for preliminary diag of ovarian cancer (minus surgery where staging is decided).
