If you are still worried and had a real risk, wait another month and get another test then.

But a 7-week test will surely detect 90-95% of infected people, so you should feel damn good about it.
In fact, unless you had anal sex with a known poz, you should regard your negative result as 99.99% accurate.

Boken, I'd say you should rest easy. You've got two right tests at the right time, so there's nothing to worry about.
PCR at the 25th day rules out HIV infection and an antibody test at the 7th weeks gives a similar indication.
Retest at the 12th week for your own peace of mind but I promise that you are HIV negative.
