Feeling faint

For the last 7 months i have been feeling like i want to pass out but don't. For the last month i have been feeling like i need to vomit but nothing comes up and want to faint. I have had blood tests and nothing showed up. I sometimes get quick sharp pains in the right side of my head is this something serious with my brain.
