I've been feeling a bit strange lately, starting to have a hard time concentrating, feeling a little light headed. I can't seem to figure this out, my doctor was no help at all...She told me it was stress and I have been taking stress vitamins and such and I eat properly and sleep usually at a decent time.
Everyday I feel like it's getting worse and that I'm losing connection to the world, almost like nothing seems real but I am worried.
At times my heart will rush really fast and pound, when this occurs I start to feel dizzy and then my body goes numb from my feet to my face and then it last for a few seconds and goes away. Other times I'll have a really bad stomach ache and have sharp pains running up my left side to my arm. I've had heart problems in the past but they say my heart is healthy now. I'm only 19 and I'm starting to wonder if these could be early stages of a stroke or maybe I'm depressed or maybe I need to go on some anti-psychotics of some sort. What do you think?

i think you need to get yourself to a doctor for some routine bloodwork.  a stroke, depression and heart disease are three different pills to swallow...  so it's better to get some real answers than to drive yourself crazy with self-diagnosing.  get your thyroid checked as well when you go in for bloodwork.
