But unfortunately I can't afford to be skinny anymore! lol Dr. G is so expensive. I have heard rumors that there are other dr's in the hickory area offering this program. I have also heard that at least one of them will accept insurance. Does anyone have any clue? After 4 mo. at Dr. G last year I just can't afford to go backBack pain - low Back strain treatment there right now! By the way.... several posts have the dr names but I would love to have the phone number and name of the clinic also!! Thanks!!
I'm not sure if this is closer to you or not, but another poster posted about a NP that was less expensive than Dr. G and that she really liked her. Her name is Virginia B. "Ginger" Ervin, MSN, APRN, BC, and she is located in Denver, NC (close to lincolnton/gastonia, charlotte area). 407 Hwy 16 North, Suite A Denver, NC 28037 (T) 704-483-7577 Her website is denverfamilyhealth.com
If you decide to go to her, please let me know what you think of her and your results, as I'm sure Dr. G is going to get really expensive for me really fast as well.

I will be going next week to start my shots and I want to lose 40-45 lbs. So I hope I have as great a luck as she has had.I'll keep you posted. It took me 4 months to get in there so I fill they are really good. I could have gotten into a doctor in Statesville the next week after I decided to do this, but was not sure since they could get me so quickly. Sometime when you have to wait to see a doctor means they are really good!!!
It's great to hear you had great success with Dr. G. I have my first appt with him next Monday. How much weight did you lose and how quickly? Did you stick with his low calorie diet?
