Easy penile bleeding

by Amby001, May 23, 2007 12:00AM
I'm a 50 year old circumcised man (and damned happy to be circumcised) whose penile skin is very thin or something because I can't even masturbate gently with lube without too often ending up bleeding around the glans and elsewhere. There is a cerrtain amount of pain with this bleeding, too.

What can I do about this? Is there any way to thicken the skin of my penis or otherwise ameliorate this problem?

This has been an off and on problem all of my post-pubertal life, and I'm tired of it!

Difficult to say without evaluation.  If the skin is delicate in that area, a referral to a dermatologist can be considered to see if any moisturizing lotions can be suggested to help with the symptoms.

Of course, looking for various skin infections and STDs should also be done, as this can damage the skin as well.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician, or in conjunction with a dermatologist.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
