extreme hunger pains after eating

Oftentimes while eating a meal or just after doing so, I get strong hunger pangs. Major discomfort so much so that I feel miserable for about 30 mins. If I take a rantidine it usually subsides. Is this excess stomach acid? How do I control it?

Ok- here's my speech...I used to eat all the time, I'd eat because I was hungry and I'd feel full and then I'd feel hungry- like a cycle. I started eating organic foods and after I'm full, I don't feel like that...if I decide to take a day off and eat some junk food, I crave more after that. I think it has something to do with preservatives, artificial ingredients. That's my thought and it works for me- hope maybe it helped

I recently joined a gym cause I need to lose weight.but everytime I leave the gym, I feel extreme hunger that I have to  eat and a few hours later I eat supper and before bed i am feeling extreme hunger again, so i try to drink water or eat grapes but I find it so hard to sleep because am so starving that I get a headache,,,, please help me, whats the point of exercising if i am gonna eat more? has anyone been in this situation before?
