Yellow semen and groin pain

Yellow semen and groin pain

OK. I 've been to 3 doctors complaining about this and they are all stumped.
I have a sharp pain in my groin (especially after sex). The semen is yellowish and lumpy. All three doctors have done the prostate exam and all three say it isn't that. They also tested for bladder infection and said no to that too. They said it is rare in males anyway.
I have general lower abdomen pain all that time to varying levels but the sharp pains are only after ejaculation. One last thing: recently, I have not been able to shut off my urination after defecation for about an hour.

DUDE YOU MIGHT HAVE A STD THATS BEEN IN YOUR SYSTEM FOR A WHILE.I WOULD GO TO THE FREE CLINIC BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE ONE THEY WILL FIND IT.
