Nausea, constipation, extreme weight loss with no appetite and miserable

Weight reduction of approx 3 to 5 lbs wkly. EDG indicates hiatal hernia, neg stomach problems, scheduled for colonoscopy. No appetite and naseau. Lactose intolerant and want to eat, but can't. Smell of food is disgusting. PCP states to keep drinking liquids; but, they won't go down easy. What can be taken for this in order to gain some weight and what is the diagnosis based on the information provided? Also, constipation has become a very serious problem, along with the gas. Fatigue and tired.

I feel your pain. In the past 2 weeks or so I've lost about 8 pounds. I'm constipated and was dehydrated. I've been feeling nauseaus as well. I dont have a big appetite either. Im not sure what it is, Im sorry you have to feel this as well.
