I'm taking clen. Bought it online. It does appear to be working, though it's too soon to tell. I understand it must be taken exactly as recommended. So far, I'm pleased, though it's only been a few days.

Miracle with lots of problems. I don't recommend takeing this longer than the time frame (I believe 8 weeks?)
What dosage are you taking? I am looking into it for weight loss myself if you have anymore info on it, i.e. where do you get it?

On the Uses and Cycling of T3 and Clen
Women often come to this site asking about how to use Clenbuterol and/or T3 to achieve weight loss. For the purposes of this article I'm going to assume that anyone considering using these compounds has done the usual research and know at least the very basics about these drugs.
Before any woman (or man for that matter) considers using these substances they should take inventory and evaluate precisely why they want to take them and what they expect to get from using these drugs.
When someone considers using Clen/T3 their primary goal is weight loss. You need to ask yourself exactly how much weight to you need to loose? What are your expectations?
If you need to take off 10 lbs. or more and expect to keep it off you may want to reconsider using Clen/T3. Clenbuterol is known to be very hard on cardiac tissue and prolonged use (which is what you're considering if you have 10 + lbs. to loose) can actually thicken the walls of your heart. The use of T3 may cause your natural thyroid production to shut down, making weight gain very likely after use of it is ceased. Both drugs are short term solutions to a long term problem, both of which carry significant health risks. If you have more than 10 pounds to loose, forget about Clen/T3, re-evaluate your diet and training regimen because diet and training are the way to good health and long lasting weight loss.
On the other hand, if you are a competitor getting ready for a show careful use of these compounds for short periods of time may help you reach your goal. Clen/T3 is best suited for use when you are already near your goal and just need a little push to get you the rest of they way there. However, T3 is still not best suited for these purposes as it does not discriminate between fat and muscle, it will use both equally. For this reason, clen is preferable, however some people still prefer a standard ECA stack.
Safe(r) and Effective Short Term Use of Clen/T3
Clen
First and foremost we need to be familiar with some of Clenbuterols side effects. Possible side effects of Clenbuterol include restlessness, palpitations, tremor (involuntary trembling of fingers), headache, increased perspiration, insomnia, possible muscle spasms, increased blood pressure, and nausea. Note that these side effects are of a temporary nature and usually subside after 8-10 days, despite continuation of the product. The most significant side effects are muscle cramps, nervousness, headaches, and increased blood pressure. Muscle cramps can be avoided by drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water, taking 3-5 grams of Taurine per day (over the counter supp), and supplementing with potassium tablets at 200-400mg a day taken before bed on an empty stomach. Headaches can easily be avoided with Tylenol Extra Strength taken at the first signs of a headache.
Clenbuterol usually comes in 20mcg tabs or in liquid form. When Clen is used the body down regulates beta-2 receptors making the drug ineffective as a fat loss agent after 18 days, for this reason it is usually cycled 2 weeks on followed by 2 weeks off. The first cycle of Clen should be used to asses your tolerance of the drug. Start with one tab in the am, if side effects occur, continue to take 1 tab a day until they dissipate, then up the dose by tab in the afternoon (before 4 pm), continue in this manor up to 4 tabs per day, cycle back down to one tab per day, then take two weeks off.
Example of a Clenbuterol Cycle for a Woman
Week 1: 1,1,2,2,3,3,4
Week 2: 4,4,3,3,2,2,1
Weeks 3-4: ECA stack
If your Clenbuterol is in liquid form, first find out the concetration per ml. Suppose that the liquid is 100mcg/ml, then 1/5 of a ml is 20 mcg = 1 20mcg tab. A syring can be used for accurate dosing. Draw a couple of cc's of liquid into the syring, then two lines = 2 IUs = 1/5 cc = 20 mcg. Squirt the liquid into some juice and drink.
Decided last week to cycle off of it. Worried about complete thyroid shut down.
Considering a cycle of Clen while on the T3 break. A little worried about the side affects though..
