Abnormal ECG

I had an ECG done today to preperation for surgury.  The results were: left atrial enlargement, incomplete right bundle branch block, left anterior fascicular block. possible anterior infarct, age undetermined, cannot rule out inferior infarct (masked by fascicular block) age undetermined.  Normal sinus rhythm.  What is all this and shouldn't I have pain or something?  My blood pressure is good, usually 120/70.

I'm assuming you mean my response to oatbucket.  I wasn't reffering to you.

However I did bump this post up thinking that you might be able to answer since you are a nurse.
