Question about penis skin and urethra

I have dark skin on the underside of my penis that goes down to below my testes. I've read online that darker skin on the penis is normal and especially areas of darker pigmentation for men of darker skin. I am hispanic and tan-skinned, so it might seem to explain it, but my problem is that the skin is dark, but also strange-looking. I also have some very small whitish bumps on certain areas of my penis and testes. Most importantly, I have a question regarding ejaculation (and I suppose, to some extent, urination). Is it normal for some sperm or urine to remain in the urethra after ejaculation or urination? I have found that after ejaculation some sperm tends to stay in my urethra until I become completely flaccid and I usually end up, for lack of a better expression, squeezing out the remaining semen as I become flaccid, because I found out once that if it dries in the urethra it can be uncomfortable. I must not that I am not sexually active, that I only ejaculate after masturbation. I'm thinking this might have something to do w/ why all the semen doesn't come out at once?
And for one last note/question. The first 2 times I masturbated (I was maybe 12), I didn't even understand what ejaculation was; I masturbated because it felt good. Anyway, when it came time to ejaculate, I remember holding in the semen both times and very little, if any, actually came out. It probably left my penis eventually when I urinated after, but my question is could holding in an ejaculation harm the urethra or any part of the penis? Could it at least partially explain the strange skin on the underside of my penis and testes (maybe it stayed in for too long or ruptured something or somehow just affected the skin)?
I plan on asking a urologist very soon, but I was wondering what people here thought? It will be my first time to a urologist... would it be appropriate for me to tell him everything I just wrote here? Thanks so much. Any input appreciated.

residual drip of semen in the penis after intercourse or masturbation is normal.
