If you are talking about restoring vision with some type of eye excercises or vitamins you are likely to be disappointed. Most of us don't fee there is any way to do this. Everyone loses their near focusing power (ability to read) with age. It usually starts int the early 40s and slowly gets worse until about age 50 or so. There is no proven method of reversing this natural aging process.
