Pain

by kolipop12, Jul 29, 2007 02:09AM
I have been having a lot of pain in my long bones lately, i.e. my femur area (upper thigh), and my humerus (upper arm). They are achy like when I was a child and experiencing growing pains...I was wondering if I should be worried, is this normal...I am 18 and have been a runner for 7 years now.  I at first related the leg pains as to my running but I have no excuse for the same type of pain in my arm.  It is happening more frequently and usually when I am resting is when it starts. I am actually in a lot of pain right now... :( Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
Meagan
