Triglycerides

If viamin E,Omega-3, Soya oil are oil soluble, doesn't that oil effect the level of triglycerides and cholesteral that show up in a blood test?  If not, why?  Thank you.  Jeff R

I can't comment about the actual chemistry, but an accurate cholesterol blood test requires at least a fourteen hour fast.
