Complementary Medicine Community

This forum is for questions and support regarding acupuncture, chiropractic, dietary supplements, herbal remedies, homeopathy, naturopathic medicines and treatments.

WHAT IS COMPLEMENTARY & ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE (CAM)?
Complementary medicine is used together with conventional medicine. An example of a complementary therapy is using aromatherapy to help lessen a patient's discomfort following surgery.

Alternative medicine is used in place of conventional medicine. An example of an alternative therapy is using acupuncture instead of surgery for back pain that has been recommended by a conventional doctor.

I would say maybe? But suboxone is a very strong opiate binder without producing too many opiate effects. Plus I've read some people have joint pain while taking suboxone. Esp men, I think suboxone is detrimental to testosterone production

hey which one has stronger opiate like affects, Suboxone or methadone. my doctor is gonna put me on one or the other but I want to go on the one with least opiate affects. Any information on the comparison of these two drugs would be great.
