question about CT scan results

I have been having headaches every day for years with sinusitis, about 4 months ago I started hearing a bad ringing in my head with pain and pressure in my right ear, after going to about every specialist and finding nothing I asked my family doctor for a CAT of the sinus, results well don't look very well, and are not going to get to the doctor for a week so I would like to know If anyone has experience with CAT scan reports?
I think I see a surgery on the horizon?
IMPRESSION:
1. Bilateral concha bullosa
2. presence of osteoma within septum of sphenoidal sinus
3. preasence of hallar cells bilaterally with ostiomeatal units parent
