Stroke After 2 months

Hi, my dad who was 54yrs old just had a stroke 2 months ago, it was a bleed in the brain. Was told by the doctor that the bleed area is quite big. my dad stayed 1 month in a rehabiliation center afterwhich he was discharged. During his stay at the rehabiliation, the improvement is 0 and he is arranged for weekly outpatient therapy starting this week 2 times per week. During the 2 weeks stay at home...i tried to help him walk with a walking stick but it shows no improvement for him. The only improvement is...when lying on the bed...using the strength of his hip...he is about to lift his right leg which is his parlysis side. We have not seen any movement in his arms... although we will be seeing the therapists and doctors soon this week...but i am still worried about his recovery..anyone who know similar cases like my dad? How can i help him? He's like kind of depressed now.
