Probably keratosis pilaris, a hereditary bumpiness caused by excess keratin protein in the hair openings.  She'll grow out of the facial ones.  If the bumps bother her, she can apply an alpha-hydroxy moisturizer (ask your druggist) and exfoliate daily using a loofah or Buf Puf.

Best.

Hi, I am a 32 year old african ametican waman who never really had problems with my face until a few weeks ago i noticed some dry spots and lots of bumbs like heats on my face.  Currently I use oatmeal soap or dove soap as a cleanser , vacaline  or olay body lotion as a moistureizeron my face but that does not work they seem to geting worse.  What can I use to get rid of the bumbs especially.
