Burning (super) sensation in my back w/o severe rashes

by johnTTTT, Jul 04, 2001 12:00AM
Dear Doc,

1). Are there any diseases/illnesses that causes oral abnormalities/manifestation in a person. Could you name few of the illnesses/diseases?

I'm 22, thin, male.  I'd experienced this 10 days super burning sensation on my back (the hotness affects/spreads on my neck, both ears, to my chest & down to my appendix area. I noticed only tiny blood veins on my upper chest skin); then followed with 5 months of stiffness in my back.

I strongly suspect that the white coating on my toungue and the white nerves on my both cheeks (w/c produces white sticky paste-like & sticks anywhere on my cheeks and on my gums especially i wake up from sleep & after brushing my teeth) , started on the 6th day during that 10 days period. Further, there's a tiny cell growth both in my cheeks. (ALL HAS NO SYMPTOMS OR IRRITATION AT ALL IN MY MOUTH)

2). Could you tell me your "best guess" what kind of illness/disease I'd experiencing IN MY BACK & IN MY MOUTH? Could it be... HIV?

Hope for your kind hypothesis again and reply. Thank you.  John

John:

To be frank, I find your list of concerns disturbing.  There is no disease which causes the kind of symptoms you say you have and see.  You need to see a doctor as soon as you can, to find out why you are so anxious about your body and to see whether any of these concerns have an objective basis.  Don't wait.

Best.
