Bumps on the penis, please help

(Note, i did post a comment to a topic similar to this, but i just wanted this question answered for myself)
Only when the penis is erect do the bumps really show up, they're only on the shaft/foreskin, but i must admit, im pretty worried about what they in fact are...
And if u squeeze them, a pus kind of substance comes on, not much, in fact, very little, and sometimes none at all...
Im just really worried about this, so an answer would be much appreciated.
There is a fair few of them, all the way up the penis (btw, im not circumcised).. Im hoping this is normal, because this really freaks me out (not knowing what something is)... They have been there for quite a while... I have actually avoided sexual interaction because of these things, do i need to be worried about them?

I just got back from going to the doctor to get these checked out and I found out i have those pearl penile papules as well. I have them pretty bad, and I'm really unhappy w/ them...
The doctor said there's not much you can do about them, except for having laser surgery, which he really doesn't recommend. He said it'd be like having a nose job on a normal nose and told me to think about it.
Does anyone know of any alternatives? Let me know, or reply to this thread. I'll keep you guys informed as I learn more about ways to get rid of them.
I’m always hearing that these blocked glands (sebaceous glands) are incurable, yet everywhere I look I hear that antibiotics may be administered. I was wondering what these antibiotics are, and if they are any useful?
BTW: I saw a doctor and he seemed very reluctant to say anything about antibiotics, and told me not to worry (which is very annoying)
Any help or info on this subject would be great!!
Sorry about the last posting, i actually ment that i heard about tropical creams or somthing like that, not sure if they were antibiotics or not.
Anyway for a Doc to clear this issue up?
