Skin Growths - KP, Warts, Keratoses....?

Background Info: Age 20, Male



Here's the deal.  I've had dry skin for quite a long time (years).  It is especially dry on my trunk, crease of my arms, upper arms and arm pit areas. It is, however, not dry in all spots.  Rather, its sort of patchy and has a brownish shiny look.  It also flakes at times.  From my initial readings, this could be Eczema?



In addition, I believe I have KP on my upper outer arms (from reading other posts)....red bumps that sort of look like pimples.



This past late summer-early fall I developed this small raised skin growth on my forearm.  It is white/skin colored.  Since then, it has not grown much. The inner crease of the forearm has these very, very tiny growths (smaller then a pin head) that look like they could become what this larger one is.



I also have these quite tiny growths on crease of my other What could these be?  Are they possibly a result of the Eczema or KP?  From my research online, they may also be warts?



The other possibility (from my very limited knowledge, obviously), they could be Keratoses?

I also have one on my trunk and collar bone.  They look exactly the same as the forearm growth.

I doubt that you have anything to worry about, but I can't be sure what these spots are.  They sound too symmetrical and numerous to be warts.  They may be skin tags or other similar benign growth, which are generally hereditary in nature.



I advise you to invest in a doctor's visit.  That will help you learn for sure what they are, and if you want, the doctor may very well be able to remove them with an electric needle if you wish.



You'll also learn about and get treatment for the dry skin rash, which I guess could be eczema, but may also just be dry skin.

My husband has been recently diagnosed with seborrhea keritosis. He has used various meds but without success. From what I have read these brown elongated rough spots on his arms do not look like the diagnosis given. Can you please inform me of medications that can reduce or get rid of these unsightly blemishes?
