Hello...I am 34 year old male and I am quite sure I have what appears to be angiofibromas on my scrotum sac...Is protopic a good ointment to use and will it fade the tiny bumps or is there something else better?
Angiofibromas are normal anatomy in many adult males. Creams will not remove them. They can be cauterized, but that's not necessary, and besides, they would recur. Please ask a doctor to give you a specific diagnosis.
