scabies?

hi, well ive been having this problem with itching for about a year now. Right now my ears itch around the outer top and towards the inner ear. My face and the area around my nose itch constantly. Now my whole body feels the same way but most of the time its my face or ears. It started about a year ago when i started to feel a little tickle in my inner ear i didnt really think anything of it and just kept on.  since then it started to itch more and more. So i tried to use RID and did the whole cycle, and it didnt work. but it didnt get worse. The area around my nose started gradually then started itching severely on the outside of my nose. then my other ear, outside and in, started to itch as well. it feels as if something is digging into my nose but it dosent move from that particular spot. and it will tickle for a good 5 mins and then after itching it would go away then come back. Same thing with my ears. My scalp is starting to itch as well. Sometimes after a shower i will have dried myself off and get these red spots that look like little mosquito bites and not alot of them, maybe 2 or 3 on my chest and then they go away after about 20-30 mins,  Ive tried using RID twice since then and washing all of my clothes, bedding, spraying my vehicle, and the rest of my house with the RID spray. still cant stop itching. I dont see any lice or nits, nothing. i tried using permetrin 5% cream that i purchased from online, cuz i convinced myself that i had scabies, and did the whole cycle (waited 5-7 days, then reapplied) still hasnt worked. Im going crazy over this itching. i am extra clean and shower daily, im not permiscuous at all. im way to embarrassed to tell my dermatologist about it. please help me. :(

You have no reason to be embarrassed to tell your dermatologist or anyone else about it, and frankly, you're not getting to get any peace of mind until you do.  I don't know what you have, or whether you have anything, but there's nothing in your description which sounds anything like scabies, or any other bugs for that matter.  At the very least, part of your problem is thinking you may have bugs, which is enough to make anybody itch.



For your own sake, please stop worrying about scabies and bugs and get yourself checked out in person.  A year of itch is enough.

I have formed these bumps, weird bumps on the end of my penis.ive looked at so many pictures and have not seen anything close to them. i dont know whether its an ingrown hair, warts or what. i have pictures to show you as well. you can view them here if this would help.

please i know this is off topic but i need some help. i recently got these wierd bumps on the end of penis. it does not look like anything ive seen.

it doesnt itch, nor does it burn, in the first one i even pulled hair out with my tweezers,

in the second one, sometimes white puss comes, only sometimes. its been there for about 2 weeks now,

but agian i am a little paranoid, andi just want to be on the safe said. please doctor i need your advice,

no theres nothing on my penis at all, its mainly around my nose and around my ears. only on mynose like a red bumb once in a while. but itches really bad..
