UV on Birthmark

by bertrand18, Jan 11, 2007 12:00AM
Hello

I have an angioma on my face. I went to an UV tanning salon around 6 times.Since that last time, 2 month ago, my angioma is darker.Do you think UV can affect an angioma?the UV was quite high.

Will it come back as light as before?

Thank you,

Bertrand

No, not badly and not permanently, even in a mild sense.  An angioma is not extra sensitive to UV light.

Best.
