Possible Yeast Infection or STD

Hello! I recently ran into an old girlfriend of mine. We go together and ended having protected sex a couple of times. Recently I have had problems with pain in my urethra about an inch down from the exit of it.

I went to my doc's office and they think it might be a yeast infection and not an STD of some sort. They took the **** sample and the old swab.

It will be a few days before the results come back. But the whole STD thing has got me unedge. Any advice. Is my doc right or wrong.

I Just have the pain and it comes and goes. There is no problem using the bathroom or if I ejaculate.

Yeast would be unlikely to cause pain in the urethra with no other symptoms.  I would be more worried about chlamydia or herpes, but both seem unlikely.  I doubt you have anything at all, and suspect your symtpoms will clear up on their own.

I am still waiting on the results from my doctor. But fro right now the pain I was having seems to have gone away. Although i am still a little sensitive to the touch. More of a good feeling sensitive. I was with my girlfriend last night and we talked about this and she says she has a clean bill of health from her doctor.

I was wondering if this is something that could of been caused by having sex in the bad position. One of the things my doctor asked was if we had rough sex. This was an iffy subject. But i would probably say yes we had some but not all the time. Could that have caused some trama.

We did engage in sex last night and I had no problems. No pain or anything of that sort. Just good feelings the whole time. But the only thing we do experience is she is either real tight or I am bigger than I thought. Because it does feel like a tight fit when we do engage and she even remarks about the same thing.

Please advise. Thank you

Whatever it was seems to have cleared up.  I think all is normal.
