could it be?

My last sexual encounter was in late November last year(cunninglingus) and i had a common wart on my finger and in January I noticed my first swollen gland just under my ear lobe on the right after a sore throat. The sore throat went away but the gland was still there. In late March between the 21 and 31 I noticed my second gland, just below my jaw( in my neck on the left side) then I got a skin infection on the edge of my lips heading to my chin. Upon applyin fusidin cream the skin would peel off thus revealing my underlyin skin which was normal. The skin infection cleared up within 2-3days but both glands where still present. I went to my GP and got a full blood count and the results came back negative for any blood defects. I started experiencing fatigue, loss of apetite, and diarrhoea afterwards for a few days then i noticed more glands in my groin and armpits. I went to my GP and was told that its probably just my body recovering from an upper respitory infection because glands will tend to pop up in all different areas. I recovered in a few days but two weeks later I noticed another two glands in my neck( one on the left and one on the right) and one in the back of my neck and one below my bicep(near my elbow) in my right arm. I went back to my GP and he told me that it really doesn't look like anything bad.

Could i be infected? and can i take the blood count as conclusive?

"Could I be infected" with what?  If you're worried about HIV, the answer is no, not a chance - at least not from the sexual encounter you describe.

As to whether you can take a "full blood count" (or CBC, for "complete blood count", as it usually is known) as conclusive:  no.  A CBC can make limited statements about certain aspects of one's health, but it isn't a test for any particular infection.

I agree exactly with your GP:  "it really doesn't look like anything bad".  Continue to check with him/her if symptoms persist.  If the unstated infection on your mind is HIV, tell your GP; he might agree that being tested will help relieve your anxiety, because the result surely will be negative.
