I mixed 10,000 iu of HCG with 10ml of bacteriostatic water.  Now its in the fridge.  Do you think I should premake my shots and keep them in the freezer?  Or just leave the vial in the fridge?

Did you get the 10000 IU hcg in a ampule or a vial with rubberstop on top? Do you know how long it lasts?

The 10000 IU vials are meant to be used for other medical conditions in which case a single injection of 5000-10000 IU is needed. I am sure they can be used in different ways too.

I personally don't think you need to freeze the hcg.  I have keep mine in the fridge and it's doing fine.

Let's talk about your mixture.  If you mixed 10ml of BC water with 10,000 IU of pregnyl you would have (10) 1000 IU shots at 1ml/cc for injections or (20) 500 IU shots at .05ml/cc for injectins, etc.  These are much too large.

What size do you want your daily injections to be??  If you want them at 200 IU for example, you need to mix 10,000 IU of Pregnyl with 50 ml/cc of bateriostqatic water to give you daily injections of 1ml/cc into the syringe.

So, If the 10,000 IU isn't a typo, you need to add more BC water.  The formula for mixing is: daily IU size/Pregnyl ampoule amount= amount of BC water to mix in (example: 200 IU dose size/10,000 IU hcg ampoule amout= 50ml/cc of BC water to mix in.

I hope this helps.

If you don't already have a copy of the mixing and injection suggestions I wrote, post your email address here and I will send them to you.

Thanks for responding!!

I mixed 10,000 iu with 10 ml of water.  That gave me 1,000iu/ml.  Since my syringe is .5cc, that means its 500 iu/syringe.....so for a 200 iu shot, I fill it to 20 units.

Did the math sound right on that?

You are correct.  Each .1 ml/cc of liquid would equal 100 IU of hcg.  I'm sorry If I confused you, I am just not use to measuring in that small of an amount of liquid.  I do my doses with 1ml/cc of mixed hcg.
