i cant get rid of this infection please help

Ok, i've have this problem for about 6 years now. I'll try to tell you everything i can.
Ok, symptoms:
pain in the groin area (rarely)
Pain when having an orgasm
discharge in the semen, it looks almost see through fluorescent green type colour, its sticky to the touch and is easy to seperate from the semem and i think that the pain caused during orgasm is when i pass this discharge .
mild discomfort sometimes when urinating.
Soap can sometimes cause burning if it gets into the end of my penis.
I first went to a gum clinic about 3 years ago and they did a swab which hurt so much i passed out, they also took blood and when the test results came back they said i had a non specific uranry tract infection or something along those lines. I was meant to go back after taking a 7 day course of antibiotics but due to the pain i went through the first time i decided not to go back as everything seemed ok. but only 2 weeks after, the symptoms all came back.
There does seem to be a break in the symptoms every few months where all seems ok for mabye 1 or 2 weeks and then they all come back again. This has pretty much ruined my life and i cant bring myself to go back for another swab.
I did go to my GP and he asked for a sample of semen and blood and they tested both at the lab and the results came back as clear. So at this point i phoned up a gum clinic and the lady said that i would have to have another swab done to find out what the infection is and she also confirmed that a semen sample would not show up what ever it is i have. My mam is a nurse and i've got her to get me 2 courses of antibiotics and neither of them have helped.
Please can you help me with this? can you please advise me what course of antibiotics i should take? Also i cant see anywhere on the net about anyone having a discharge in their semen, please what is this??? can you please give all the possibilities??

No STD causes the symptoms you describe--and this forum doesn't get into other medical problems. And no online source can solve a problem when several in-person evaluations have not been able to come up with an answer.
Soap always causes burning when it gets into the urethra.
