In theory, painful urination could be due to an STD, but almost certainly not in your case, since you don't mention urethral discharge. No STD symptoms can start "immediately" after sex; 2 days is the minimum. Anal irritation? No way. Maybe you had prostatitis, but be aware that that's a "wastebasket" diagnosis--commonly made when there are otherwise unexplained genital symptoms in men, and most men with such symptoms in fact do not have prostate gland infections. In any case, prostatitis isn't an STD. And on top of that, STDs in general are rare after oral sex.
So the direct answers are: 1) No. 2) The treatments you had would have cured gonorrhea, not much else. (Borderline against chlamydia, but that is never acquired by oral sex.) 3) Your symptoms are persisting because you don't have an infection; something else is causing them. Most likely just anxiety. 4) You don't need STD testing.
"Please advise": Mellow out and relax. You can be 100% confident you don't have anything that will ever be an important health threat to you or any sex partner.
Good luck-- HHH, MD
Can you or someone define whats painful urination?
Is it slight discomfort or actual pain where you almost want to avoid peeing?
Also how to spot a clear discharge? Dr you say discharge but isnt clear discharge hard to spot? it usually will disolve with the pee in the morning
You will know what painful urination is if you ever experience it. There is no way around it. It is the most uncomfortable feeling ever. You should also know your body well enough to decipher what discharge is. (It's not "pre ***.") Relax.
