ok in the begining of dec i had three Molluscum Contagiosum lumps sergicly removed from my stomich and biopsyed. I than had one form on my genitals i have never in my life had unprotected sex i imediatly treated the one on my genitals i havent had sex since april of 06 since being diagnoced i have driven myself nuts i feel like i have a million diseses i have been tested for the usual stds including hiv. tThe only thing i have been told they cant test me for is HPV. Since april i have been in a relatiunship whith a girl i have met it was not so serius for a while but it has grown into a much serius relatiunship. the girl im daiting is a virgin and i realy havent pushed for sex and she is in no such hurry she truly wants to save it for the perfict guy. My dr said to wach for any lumps but the chances were low of geting a reacurence becouse i had so few lumps. I keep seing lumps every where and feel as tho i have a constent feeling in my penis i wont use pain becouse it dosent hurt and i cant feel it when im distracted or bussy. its only there when i have time to think my dr told me that Molluscum Contagiosum was realy nothing all that serius and if i wait a little time the ods of pasing it on were unlikly and i was saif to have sex he just sujested it be protected. I also have developed a small rash under my scrotem and between my but cheeks i was told it dident look to be in anyway sexualy transmited and he gave me a cream  for jock itch which cleared it up basicly my point of this questiun is do u feel i have a real cuncern or am i nuts? how long shuled i wait befor haveing sex and am i atrisk of spreding this forever? is oral sex safe? shuled hpv concern me can i give it to my girlfrend how long couled i cary it if in some way i had obtaind one of the strands that dosent show itsself? basicly i just dont want to hurt my girlfrend in any way and was hoping u couled shed some light on all this what wouled u do in this situatiun i wana know as much as posible becouse im gona have to talk to her about this

"...my dr told me that Molluscum Contagiosum was realy nothing all that serius":  Exactly right.

Not much is known about genital-area molluscum.  Because it is so unimportant, nobody does any significant research on it.  The odds are good your girlfriend is immune to it; most people have had molluscum as young children (but you probably did not) and cannot get it again.  Still, to avoid the inconvenience and embarrassment, you should delay having sex with her until all your lesions have cleared up and no new ones have appeared after a couple of months.  In the meantime, oral sex probably is safe.  Most likely the "small rash" under your scrotum is something else entirely and not likely to be important; maybe a little jock itch.
