Would like info on Hcg Clinic on the east coast

I am look into HcgHcg blood test - quantitative
Hcg in blood serum - qualitative
Hcg in urine therapy and would like to find a clinic on the east caoast if possible. If no clinics are available is there a doctor in the Wash. DC area that can guide me?
