I noticed a small bumb on the bottom of the shaft near the tube i guess. It became larger until it was then about the size of a mini MM.It didnt move, it felt like a large pimple but one that wouldnt pop.I tired several times but nothing..It jut kept growing. Then I pinched it and cut it open, small white stuff came out.I then squeezed whatever was left then thought it was over. It became smaller in size but still was large enough to be noticed.I then took the same action as before and removed what was inside, alomst like a sac but came out like a pimple amount. Then as it healed it almost looked like a volcano. There was hard skin of a pimple there but a small holein the middle.I got stupieder.hehe.and then pinched out whatever hard skin was surrounding the hole. Then thats when I noticed smallwhite holes surr.the wart.I plucked all the white things out then and went even deeper into the hole it self and pulled out what I could.later, its now healing with no bump, but now the skin heals to a point as if surrounding the oncewartit wont heal. Then I resulted to DR.whatever Wart remover,Syaclic Acid. It kinda worked It ate away the hard skin that was surrounding the now bare red exposed skin, but when applyed it leaves a white residue on the exposed part of the skin.It now looks like a cats eye socket with no eye. When I try to pull the exposed red middle part its rough and breaks my finger nails almost.ive been putting neosporin and wart remover, backandforth for about a week.

The only possible STD that conceivably could cause something like this is molluscum contagiosum.  However, I doubt that is what you have.  No other STD causes the sort of problem you describe.  Whether the problem started with a sebaceous cyst, a simple pimple, or something else, I cannot say.  Whatever it is or was, it seems likely that scarring has created the things you now see.

This doesn't sound like anything to worry about.  But the only way to know for sure is to see a health care provider in person.  No online source will be able to give you a definite answer.

Good luck--  HHH, MD

and like i said before its only one bump, somtimes smaller scabsious cystsill show up but i know that normal, just this one that now keeps me from doing things. I dont think its molluscum contagiosum cause I googled it and the picture dont quite match up..well at all.

Mate, you need to go to a doctor. It does not sound like anything major, but if you continually pick at it you will never find out what it is and could makes things worse - like making it scar.

Vising the doctor is the best option.
