hi,  i/m having pain in the upper right side.ive had my gallbladder taken out  but the pain is still there.
also , i get this feeling that comes from the the same place and seem s to go up the middle of my chest like something is stuck there, and i can feel it going up and seems to go down, but real slow like  i cant swallow very good when this happens  it seems like it stuck. but i can feel it moving. its like a peice of food is stuck there sometimes it makes me scared and it gets worse than i panic. ive been to the dr. they think im  crazy  but i know something is wrong. im on prevcid 30 mil.cose i have hearttburn all the time.ive had that light ran down my throat 3 times and nothing, then they said i had spasmatic esophygus, can you give me somse advice on this,

I had the same problems after gallbladder surgery with the same reflux you describe.  Never had problems with that before the surgery.  Turned out I had sludge - or small stones - in the bile duct.  My gastro doc did an ERCP and sphincterotomy (the muscle from the bile duct to the small intestine) and all was well.  Your experience with ERCP will be much the same as endoscopy, but the doc has to be very careful when running the dye through the ductwork to avoid pancreatitis.  Not something you'd want an ameteur doing.
