i have pain on the right side of front neck and goes along to the right side of head and back of ear. we thought might be due to the dental problems. I fixed my teeth and spent about $8000 and have 5 root canals done but the pain is still there.
recently my oral medicine doctor prescribed me Paxam 0.5. he said its to make the muscle less tension.
the description of paxam indicates to be used for anxiety patients.
you better not to ignore it and have your neck scanned but i believe will not be something series..
