What does Bifascicular block mean?

this refers a block, below the AV node, of the  right bundle branch  and usually the anterior fascicle of the left bundle branch (there are 3 in the left bundle).  It is only significant if it results  in symptoms, ( dizziness, fainting( or rarely, a 3rd degree block.
