Incomplete Right Bundle Block

by PATTY, Oct 26, 1999 12:00AM
My EKG this week showed an incomplete right bundle block...I saw a cardiologist and he doesn't seem very concerned...He said that most people over 50 have it...I'm a 51 year old woman...My question is what causes this and how can I prevent it from becoming a complete block ???Thanks

Probably just aging leads to degeneration of the heart's electrical conduction system. THere is nothing you can specifically do to prevent it from progressing - however, it is very unlikely to progress.

My left arm went tingly and my left leg bothered me I waited 4 hrs to have an ECG that showed a right Bundle Block. I am 45 male white and excersied three time a week. My heart now feels like it flutters about three-6 times a day. I am still waiting to see a Cardioligist This happen 6 days ago. I do not feel the same as I did 7 days ago.
