So I did. After I ordered, I was nagged by the thought that there was probably no hCG in this product, so I wrote them from their website after I saw the ingredients. That question was not attached to the email they sent in return shown below. I had asked if Orathin acted just like hCG in releasing secured fat cells.

please answer my question. does this 'synthesis' release secure fat reserves? or am i just using another (and much more expensive) appetite suppressant and temporary metabolism booster? i was already using l-carnitine.

(hcg levels in the diet are tremendously smaller than in actual
pregnancy - but i don't really want to discuss that with you or the FDA)

I've been on the Orathin for over a week now because I'm waiting for the REAL hcg to get here and I'd like to lost 10 more lbs before I start my injections. Every day on Orathin I have wanted to cheat! I even have cheated a few times!! I do not feel energized, and I'm often hungry. I knew from the beginning this wasn't going to cure my problem, but I thought I would feel a lot better while doing it. I don't know how anyone else feels on Orathin, but I don't exactly love it.

I am sorry to report that after 4wks on orathin i am exactly the same weight. This is just like every other diet pill we have wasted our money on. I knew better than to order such an expensive product with no guarentee. I guess there truly is no quick fix for those last 10 stubborn pounds. Until then keep your hard earned money or spend it having fun! This product is bunk!!!

I read the "issues" above and thought I would add my 2 cents. I have used OraTHin for 12 days and have lost lost 12% of my 69 lbs of body fat. I lift weights instead of a lot of cardio and I started to feel more hungary than usual about day 4. I wrote NaturalCuresStore who directed me to Rexx labs and just upped my sP doasge accordingly. Of course you would feel hungary if you go off OraThin, that is what helps you mobileze fat and control your appetite. I didn't understand the sP at first but it works great. I feel great and I'm losing fat better than with any other diet.

As far as hCG goes, I guess I don't understand who thought they would be buying a prescription drug over the internet without a prescritpion- it says quite a few times in the response letter above "the natural alternative" and where to find the ingrediants. That's the reason to get it. It also says in Kevin's book that you just can't buy it in the US because of the FDA.

I am not saying that some people won't lose lots of weight with these expensive pills. They will. Especially people who think they are doing the weight loss cure protocol with it and only eat 500 calories a day. Or those who lift weights. My point about being hungry when going off is that it acts just like dexatrim, which is a lot cheaper. The fat mobilization may be better than dexatrim, but it can't be releasing the problem fat deposits that only the hcg can release. The main point is that they are marketing to the people who sincerely want to do the hcg diet, and that is misleading. Some of us want the cure - not to keep doing different diets for the rest of our lives as it sounds like you have done a few diets yourself. Orathin is just one of the many diets that you will be doing, because it does not have the essential hormone needed for the cure. Their advertising that says its a "natural alternative" to hcg IS the MISLEADING part. And they say "without a prescription". Of course, because its L-Carnitine.
And you can so get hcg in the US. Read the whole book again. He said that if you can't find a doctor who is brave enough or knows enough about it to prescribe it for you, then you could go to another country and legally bring it over like he did. He didn't say anything about getting it over the internet.
