breastfeeding and strange sensation

Hi! My question is about a strange sensation I have been having while breastfeeding my 5 month old. I get a tickling/light tingling sensation on the back of my leg when I am feeding him. If he is on the right breast, the right leg is affected and vice versa, however I am more aware of it in my left leg. My left leg has also been very achy from my lower back to my foot, sometimes just my calf, sometimes just my back, sometimes just my thigh etc. I am not sure if that has anything to do with it. I am just wondering if you have ever heard of such a thing because I feel a litte crazy describing it to people. Also, if he pauses in his sucking, the feeling stops and then resumes when he starts sucking again. It also seems like I don't feel it when he first starts to nurse but them it gradually comes on. Is this possible or some crazy psychosomatic symptom??

I also wanted to add that it doesn't occur when I am using a breast pump, only when my nipple is being directly stimulated such as in him sucking. Thanks!
