Risks of having a cancer too

My mom was pregnant of me then she later found out that she have a breast cancer. I’m 21 yrs old and my aunt take me to this Chinese doctor regularly and I take herbal medicines he prescribed.  The doctor said “it’s already starting so you should be more careful” –what he meant by that was I should be careful of my health and not missed taking the medicines since I’m having these weird illnesses, like everyone noticed my skin turns yellowish, and I felt like my belly is blotting and it’s a bit painful and sometimes I have oily stool.  He said that’s because of my liver. Also, my nail grows pitted and some holes in it but just on my hands but not all fingernails. The doctor said that’s because of my blood.  I checked it with my dermatologist and she said she doesn’t think its psoriasis.

Will I get this disease soon or some sorts?

i wanted to get a second opinion from a western doctor but which speciality?

Dear rizzarose:  You need to see a good internal medicine doctor who can evaluate you as a whole and refer you to a specialist if needed.

If your mother got breast cancer before menopause, it means your risk of getting it is increased, but it does not mean you WILL get it. The things you describe about your skin, stomach, etc, are not related to breast cancer or breast cancer risk, but might be something important, such as liver trouble. You ought to see a real doctor, not just an herbalist, because herbs alone will not reduce future risk, or treat any current problem. You should find either a general practice doctor or internal medicine doctor as a place to start.
