Right arm nodule;Fine Needle Aspiration:

      Evaluation limited by scant cellularity.

      Rare atypical degenerated cells present.

      Recommend further evaluation.

My pathologist report said the above, do you recommend taking

the lymph node or watching it over the next several weeks.

Have had a right modified breast massectomy on 6/3/04 & 3 chemo

treatments thus far.  Chemo Regimen: Doxorubicin 60 mg x 2wks x4,

Paclitaxel 175mg x 2wks x4, followed by Cyclophosphamide 600 mg x 2wks x 4.

Thank You.

Dear pgrass:  Were the lymph nodes examined with the initial surgery?  Were they positive?  Is this a new lump?  Is it a lymph node?  The answer to your question depends on the answers to these questions, the level of suspicion of the doctors, and your own comfort.
