Tamoxifen and Blood Thinner

38 yr female, Mod. rad. Mast. last April, 4 dense dose A/C, started tamoxifen 8/06, 12/06 developed several superficial blood clot in varicous vein, when pregnant also had this problem (9 yrs ago)Oncologist did extensive blood work and found me to be Protein C deficient (functional), wants me to stay on tamoxifen and warfin (10mg) Just wondering what your take is on this situation?  Also can warfin make one feel light headed?

Dear devodevo:  The decision to use tamoxifen with warfarin should be based on a risk/benefit analysis and discussion between you, your oncologist and your hematologist.  Without specifically reviewing your situation, we cannot speculate on what is best for you.
