I am currently undergoing breast reconstruction after a bilateral mastectomy. My expanders are currently filled to 800cc which is giving me a very small breast result of about a small B cup. My PS tells me that I will have to have custom made LARGE implants to get back to a C-D cup. I don't understand how some women can achieve a C up with 450cc and I am barely a B with 800cc? Thanks for your help, this is a great site that offers invaluable information!

Dear youarestandingonmytoes2007: The size of the implant and size of the 'finished product' will vary according to the type of surgery and the individual anatomy of the patient. Your plastic surgeon, who knows your situation, will be best equipped to answer your question as it pertains specifically to you.

I had 1000 cc put in each of my expanders to reach the C cup that I desired. I'm only 5 ft tall and wanted big Ta Ta's for a change. Your PS should help you receive the size you will be most comfortable with.
